This is a Home Economics cooking school book from the University of Nebraska. 1958 is written on the cover indicating the year the book was given to the student. It is paper covered and plastic ring bound. There is writing in places, I tried to photograph where there was writing. It appears it was filled out as a work book. It has very interesting things like the chart with price breakdowns of food servings at the time. Please see pictures or contact me if you have any further questions.
